Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 on all orders. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Orders are shipped via Priority Shipping and include tracking information and insurance coverage for the package. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within a few business days after shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, including research-use-only materials and related items, all sales are generally final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.
